FINDINGS

PRACTICAL IMPLICATIONS
It is concluded that although the awareness of some ICT applications is high, there is still low awareness of some of them such as Web Based Project Management Systems (WPMS), Geographic Information Services (GIS), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and Barcodes. This implies that the application of ICT has not be fully embraced. Awareness of ICT application such as E-mail and Short Message Services (SMS), Mobile internet/ Mobile computing, Microsoft packages and others should be improved. This can be done by rigorous campaign, advertisement, training and training on ICT application usage by stakeholder.
